No Frill breakfasts are my favorite, especially in June. This breakfast bowl is as raw as can be. There are no sugary cereals, or artificial ingredients. The best things in life aren't complicated. As much as I love spicing up my food, I also love keeping food honest and honoring ingredients I work with.... like plain yogurt, a drizzle of honey, blueberries, sesame and pumpkin seeds, this is all you really need to enjoy delicious bites.
